OUR STORY
Intervention Workforce Solutions was born out of resilience, purpose, and a belief that meaningful businesses are built on values as much as expertise.
Founded by Stacey Winter, a transformation leader with over 30 years of experience across financial services, consulting, and technology, the business was created to offer something different: hands-on, high-impact support for executive leaders and organisations navigating complexity, change, and growth. Stacey’s career had taken her through global institutions, high-pressure boardrooms, and large-scale delivery environments — but it was her personal drive to create lasting impact and provide for her family that sparked the vision for Intervention WS.
What began as a niche consultancy has grown into a family-led business built on trust, determination, and a deep well of knowledge. Stacey’s husband Ian was the first to join the journey and, while he now serves as a Non-Executive Director, his role goes far beyond governance. He is the quiet force and steady presence who holds everything together — offering unwavering support, thoughtful guidance, and an exceptional ability to connect with our partners, consultants, and clients. His empathy, warmth, and belief in what we’re building have been instrumental in shaping the heart and culture of Intervention WS.
Stacey’s daughter Louise, while studying for her degree, now supports the consulting practice part-time — balancing her academic path with a growing interest in business operations, HR and organisational transformation. With the launch of our Business Administration and Payroll Services, Stacey is welcoming her sister Hayley, an experienced and pragmatic senior business manager, into the fold. Soon after, her nephew Harry, currently studying Accounting and Finance, will join the team to support internal financial and operations functions while completing his degree.
Together, the family leads two core service areas:
A consulting division, focused on strategic advisory, transformation delivery, and interim Chief of Staff services
A workforce operations division, offering recruitment, payroll, bookkeeping, and day-to-day business management support
From our origins in South London to supporting clients across Europe, the US, and APAC, we’ve never lost sight of what matters: resilience, integrity, and delivering results that last. Our story is grounded in lived experience — raising families, building businesses, and growing something meaningful from the ground up. We understand what it means to be relied upon, and we’re proud to support others in doing the same.
