Stacey Winter has extensive experience of the financial services industry through working as a consultant with large Asset Managers, Investment Banks and IT Solution providers. She has a proven track record of successful transformation delivery over a 26 year career
Stacey is an industry expert in Technology and Financial services, with access to a broad executive network in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, India, Hong Kong, Singapore and North America. She is the lead consultant and founder of Intervention Workforce Solutions.
In the last 15 years Stacey has specialised as an interim Chief of Staff, Digital Transformation and Client Experience Specialist providing executive advisory and workforce strategy solution to Executive Leaders. She is an ambassador for Women in Business and a career and confidence mentor for schools in London. She is currently training to be a performance coach and set to complete a part-time Open BsC degree in psychology and leadership by early 2027.
